What We Do:
Desert Home Services (DHS) is a premier Home Management company serving Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, La Quinta and Indio (as well as other areas). We are here to be your “eyes and ears” when you are away.
We make daily, weekly, bi-monthly or monthly personal visits to your home so you can maintain peace of mind that your home is safe, secure and well maintained in your absence.
We can visit your home to;

Maintain plumbing (flushing toilets and run sinks).

Find, hire and manage the appropriate contractors, including landscapers, maids, and other services.

Coordinate the seasonal “opening” of your home, making sure in advance that the housekeepers and landscapers have done their jobs, have your house stocked with the foods and beverages of your choice before your arrival.

Makes emergency visits in the cases of storms, earthquakes and flooding in the area, as well as coordinate solutions to any damages or deficiencies found.

Pick you up from, or have your car waiting for you at the airport upon your arrival in-town.

Follow-up to home security alarm notifications to your alarm monitoring company.

Mail management and forwarding services.

While you are in town; Pet Services, Pick-Up Services, Banking, Personal Shopper, etc.

Provide almost any other service for you, as your “Personal Concierge”.
Founded by a licensed and bonded California Notary, who has undergone a thorough background check, Dawn Hubbard, can provide you with RESPONSIBLE and TRUSTWORTHY home services to fit a wide range of your needs. Service Plans can be established on a monthly contract basis, as well as hourly charges for other requests. Dawn and her Husband also own several income properties and understand the level of service and commitment needed to provide you with the peace of mind necessary to know that your property is being well cared for.
