Desert Home Services (DHS) was created over 9 years ago, to fill the void in the Coachella Valley for full service management of high-end 2nd homes in the area. Our clients deserve and expect the best and that is what they get with DHS. Of course value is important, but how do you put a price on the piece-of-mind that DHS provides, to manage your investment while you may be thousands of miles away, when you may not have a trusted friend or a relative nearby capable of handling anything that is required to manage your 2nd home investment?
DHS is owned by a licensed California Notary, who regularly goes through an extensive background check to maintain her commission. Additionally, along with her Husband, they own and self-manage 10 income properties in various parts of Los Angeles, the Coachella Valley and Nevada, which they have owned for 20+ years. This experience translates directly to the services that are provided by DHS to all of their clients.
Not only do we provide the most basic of weekly home checks in your absence, we often manage every aspect of owning a home, from seasonal preparation, HVAC seasonal checks, painting, window cleaning, pool and landscape management, emergency response to full concierge services.

DHS is operated on a proprietary, custom developed, cloud-based platform, which allows us to accurately schedule an perform our weekly property checks, as well as provides us the capability to photo-document any items of importance that is found in your home. The software also allows us to accurately account for any additional hourly tasks, with fully documented descriptions of exactly what additional tasks were performed for you.

We continue to maintain Customer relationships, that we have established during our first month of operation, more than 9 years ago. We can say that serving the high-end Coachella valley communities takes a "will get it done" attitude which our Customers appreciate.
